HR’s core task is to support GEUS’ employees and managers by handling administrative, strategic and developmental tasks. The tasks therefore range widely and include, among other things:
- Personnel administration
- Recruitment processes and resignations, retirements etc.
- Journalisation
- Salary
- Organisational development
As well as acting as HR partner for all departments.
HR is responsible for administrative tasks that, for example, have to do with day-to-day personnel administration and recruitment, as well as supporting GEUS’ overall strategy, goals and tasks through our work. The strategic work is clear in GEUS’ HR strategy, which – like GEUS’ overall strategy – is revised every three years.
